Border Security System CONOPS Development

S3 is highly experienced in the design and installation of physical security systems for both small and large areas, including high security military and infrastructure installations, and no-fail protection of commercial nuclear facilities.

We have designed and installed systems for detection of waterborne intrusions, in shallow water, in the open ocean and in rivers and lakes. These systems typically utilize optical-fiber cables for transmission of the data. Some systems are brought ashore, while others use buoys to send the data to processing centers. The image shows maritime intrusion routes off Southern California. S3 worked with government agencies to develop concepts for detection of small-boat intrusions and smuggling.
